Service Terms
A plain-language summary of how the Managed Business Website service works. Your full service agreement is provided before you sign up.
Price
The Managed Business Website service is $199 per month.
Setup fee
There is no setup fee. Optional add-ons are quoted separately.
Contract length
The service is month-to-month. There is no minimum contract period.
When you are charged
The first payment is taken when you start your website. Payments then recur monthly on that same date.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. No notice period is required, and your service continues until the end of the month you have already paid for.
Refunds
Payments are not refunded, with one exception: if we determine your project is not a fit for the service after onboarding, your first payment is refunded in full. When you cancel, your service continues until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Website ownership
Xcelerated Media owns and hosts the website for the duration of the subscription. You have access to the site while your subscription is active.
If you cancel
The website is not transferred on cancellation. Access ends and your information is removed from the site within 24 hours of the end of the monthly contract period.
If a payment fails
If a payment fails, we retry it over a short grace period and let you know. If the payment is still unresolved after the grace period, the website is suspended rather than removed, and is restored as soon as payment succeeds.
Website timeline
Your website preview is ready within 24 hours of receiving your completed onboarding materials.
