This describes what we collect when you use this website, and why.
What you give us
When you complete the Start form we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, your business name and details, and your answers about what your website needs. We store your answers exactly as you submitted them.
What we record automatically
When you submit the form we record the page you were on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source or a Google click identifier). This tells us which marketing actually helps businesses find us. We do not build a profile of you across other websites.
Consent
We record that you agreed to these terms, when you agreed, and the exact wording you were shown at the time. We keep the wording so that what you agreed to is unambiguous, even if this page changes later.
How we use it
To respond to your request, to work out whether our service fits what you need, and to deliver and manage your website if you become a client. We do not sell your information.
Payments
If you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe on their own secure pages. We never see or store your card number.
Spam protection
The form includes a hidden field that real people never see and automated scripts tend to fill in, and we limit how many times the same connection can submit. This is how we keep junk out without making you solve a puzzle.
Your information, on request
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
