To launch on your own web address, we need your domain pointed our way. Tell us where it’s registered (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Squarespace, Cloudflare, etc.), then pick one:

• Add us as a delegate (easiest) — most registrars have Account Settings → Delegate/Account Access; invite [email protected].
• Point it yourself — we’ll send you the exact records (a copy-paste) to enter; we’ll confirm once it propagates.
• Need a domain? Tell us the name you want and we’ll register and set it up for you.

We never take ownership of your domain — it stays yours.

Moving from an existing WordPress site? Add us as a user so we can bring over what’s worth keeping:

1. Sign in at yoursite.com/wp-admin.
2. In the left menu, hover Users → Add New User.
3. Email: [email protected]; leave “Send the new user an email” checked.
4. Role: Administrator.
5. Click Add New User.

Not WordPress, or not sure? Just reply to your onboarding email and we’ll sort it.

If you show up on Google Maps, adding us lets us keep your info, photos, and links consistent with your new site. You stay the owner.

1. Go to google.com/business and sign in with the account that owns your profile.
2. Pick your business, then open the menu → Business Profile settings.
3. Click People and access → Add.
4. Enter [email protected], set to Manager, and Invite.

The best sites use your real photos. You can:

• Upload them right on the intake form (logo + photos fields) — easiest.
• Or paste a link to a Google Drive / Dropbox folder in the notes field.
